
Amy is a graduate of CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental
Population and Organismic Biology (1994), followed by completion of her
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (1998). Her general internship was
at Alameda East from 1998 to 1999. Amy joined AESC in November 2004.
Prior to that she worked at Animal Emergency Care Centers in Colorado
Springs from 1999-2004 and also High Country Veterinary Hospital in
general practice from 2000-2004.
In
her spare time Amy enjoys skiing, reading, sleeping and spending time
with her son and husband. She also travels and loves visiting family
out of state. Amy and her family share their home with two birds, one
turtle, an eight year old Oscar (a fish), two siamese cats, and a blue
heeler.
